    General Liability insurance protects a Not-For-Profit’s assets and pays for the obligations incurred in the event someone gets hurt on your property or when there are property damages or injuries caused by you or your employees.  Liability insurance also covers the cost of your legal defense and any settlement or award should you be successfully sued.

    Examples of losses covered under a General Liability policy include:

    • Damage to third party property
    • Personal injury (claims of liable or slander)
    • Advertising injury (copyright or trademark infringement)
